Subsidised T-usual card for unemployed persons
Description:
Reduction of the price of the T-usual for unemployed individuals. It aims to facilitate job-seeking trips for people who are currently unemployed with an income below the Minimum Wage (SMI) and in the process of looking for a job.
This reduced T-usual is for one zone and can only be used in the zone where it was validated for the first time.
It is a personalised card and can only be used by the person holding the card.
Requirements:
Unemployed individuals who meet one of the following conditions:
- They are receiving unemployment benefit (SEPE) of less than the minimum wage (SMI), which in 2024 és de 1,134 euros gross per month.
- Receive other benefits lower than the minimum wage or do not receive any but have been registered as a jobseeker for at least 12 months in the last two years and are in the process of looking for a job under the guidance of the Catalan Unemployment Service (SOC) that requires frequent mobility.
- They receive financial support from the social services of the Barcelona City Council.
