Before doing the simulation, you should make sure that you have the following information and data:

• Number of people in your family unit.
• Information on each of the persons in the family unit:
  • Age
  • Municipality where you are registered and postcode
  • Type of identity document
  • Employment status
  • In case of disability, degree of disability
  • In case of dependency, degree of dependency
• Income of each of the persons in the family unit, corresponding to the previous year and the last six months.
• Value of personal wealth:
  • Amount of the balance in bank accounts and deposits
  • Amount of financial investments (shares, funds, etc.)
  • Amount of valuables (jewellery, precious metals, works of art, etc.)
  • Rateable value of properties other than the main residence (ownership percentages and rateable value of other dwellings, parking spaces, etc.)
• In relation to the dwelling:
  • If you live in rented housing:
    • Who is or are the signatory(ies) of the lease agreement
    • Total number of persons registered in the dwelling
    • Total income of the persons registered in the dwelling
    • Details of rent arrears
  • If you live in an owned property:
    • Who is/who are the owner(s) of the dwelling
    • Details of mortgage arrears
